This AI Receptionist Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

Client:

The individual or business completing payment via Stripe (“Client”, “you”)

By purchasing or subscribing to the AI Receptionist service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Services

The Provider agrees to deliver an AI-powered receptionist system (“Service”) that may include, but is not limited to:

• Answering inbound phone calls
• Booking appointments and collecting caller information
• Responding to common customer questions
• Routing calls or messages as configured
• Operating 24/7 unless otherwise specified

The Service operates based on configurations, prompts, and business information provided by the Client. Availability may be affected by third-party providers, system maintenance, outages, or network issues.

2. Setup & Onboarding

• A one-time setup fee may apply.
• Setup includes initial configuration, testing, and deployment of the AI receptionist.
• The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete business information (hours, services, booking links, etc.).
